School Health

Each school has a full-time registered nurse, also licensed as a school nurse-educator, to provide supervision for school and child health issues. School nurses provide important health guidance to the school staff and can be a valuable resource to parents in coordinating information and care between students’ own physicians, parents, and school personnel. School Nurse Health Information Forms
During the first week of school your child will bring home a School Nurse’s Health Information Form (cherry color form). Please fill it out completely and return it promptly as the information is essential in providing appropriate medical care in the event of an emergency or in providing appropriate accommodations for health impairments or issues.
